Sunday Mornings, September - June @ 9:15am Sunday

 Nursery Care
Our nursery is available for children age 5 and under during the 9:15am and 11am worship services. There is also nursery for special worship services. Our staff works to provide a safe and welcoming environment for babies birth to age 5. Pagers are available for parents. |
 Preschool Sunday School
Preschool Sunday School begins at 9:15am. All other children's classes begin in the Sanctuary and are dismissed to their classrooms.
Classes are offered for preschoolers, kindergarten — second, third — fourth, and fifth — sixth grade students.
Children are actively engaged as they grow in God's love, through a variety of learning activities and multi-sensory experiences.
We also have a fully-staffed Infant/Nursery room. |
 Sunday School
Our present Sunday School curriculum is “Live Big.”
This program focuses our children on “Living your Belief in God”! This offers interesting and fun-filled lessons that are DVD enhanced. This is a dynamic Sunday school program where children are excited to come and experience the DVD and to become a participant in song, dance, and visual learning. Our arms and hearts are always open to welcome new children and their families to share in learning how much God loves them and share in how much they love Jesus. |
 11:00am Mission IMpossible
Grades K-4th meet at 11am on Sundays to learn about and participate in a variety of mission type projects for our church, community, country and world. |
 June through September
Sunday School continues at 9:15am for children in Pre-K/Kindergarten through 5th grade in a combined-age Sunday School class.
Kids' Care (11am) offers supervision for infant and preschool age-children on an as-need basis by calling the church office by Friday 215-646-4129. |
Vacation Bible School
July 11th-15th

PandaMania is a wild celebration of God's unconditional love! At PandaMania VBS, kids will discover that God has a purpose and a plan for everyone and that He crafted each of us with His own loving hands.
At PandaMania, kids discover that God is wild about them – a fact that will change them forever! PandaMania is filled with incredible Bible-learning experiences kids see, hear, touch and even taste!

 Kids' Choirs Sundays @ 5:00 pm
Praise Pals (Pre-K through 5th grade) and Joyful Noise (6th grade and up)
We sing a variety of music, learn to play musical instruments, and develop skills in rhythm, melody and harmony. Both choirs provide special music monthly in Sunday worship, as well as seasonal events. |
Explorers (5th & 6th graders)
 These programs include social activities, mission projects and bible lessons. For information about monthly programs for children in grades 5th & 6th grade contact Jean Graber at jumckids@comcast.net

4-H Club
For ages 8-19. The 4-H Club meets Monday evenings. Activities include: sewing, herpetology, basketry, weaving, stamps, and more! |
Fun Fridays
1st-4th grates meet monthly to participate with their friends in fun activities and Bible stories. |
Easter Egg Hunt
Jarrettown United Methodist Church will hold its annual, Community-Wide Easter Egg Hunt and festivities starting at 10:30 AM on Saturday, April 9th at Fellowship Hall.
The event will have activities
- face painting
- balloon making
- crafts
- games
- refreshments
Activities start at 10:30AM with the Egg Hunt at 11:30A.M.
Each year the Church donates small baskets to the Carson Valley School, Flourtown, PA. Some crafts/cards the children make at the Hunt may be donated in the baskets.
There is no charge for admission, just come and enjoy this community–wide event brought to you by the Jarrettown United Methodist Church - Children Ministries.
